Positions
Research Assistant
(wet or dry lab)
Research assistants (RAs) are the artisans of science. Without the ticking clock of a PhD or the career responsibilities of a Postdoc, RAs enjoy focusing only on their experiments and data. They are also the most collaborative in the lab, helping other scientists by designing and sharing reagents and tools. RAs are an indispensible part of any lab, frequently becoming Lab managers or Senior Assistants. Importantly, RAs also acquire experience, training and networking for transitioning into PhDs or industry positions (at Pharma or Biotechs).
Postdoctoral Fellow
Ok. So you're ready to take on a bigger challenge. Maybe you have an idea for starting your own lab or company. Maybe you are on the search of a new and exciting scientific question that may open up a new field. You just need the right tools, the right resources and the right visibility to get to that next level. This is where we come in. Postdoctoral researchers who join us are encouraged to bring in their own projects to develop in our lab. We particularly welcome fellows with an interest in cross-disciplinary work.
PhD Student
(wet and dry lab)
Ready to kickstart a career in science? A PhD degree is the doorway to one of the most exciting and rewarding career paths. You will learn how to pose new scientific questions, discovering the world around us, and creating new knowledge as you delve deep into your field. A big focus, compared to other science career paths, is that you will become an expert in how to communicate (write and speak) your science to your peers, funders and the general audience. At the end, you will become a specialist in your subject.
